SƠN BÓNG MỜ PHỦ NANO SAP 2330 (MÀU TRONG NGUYÊN VÂN GỖ)

Sơn  bóng mờ phủ mặt Nano Sealer 2330 màu trong còn nguyên vân gỗ nằm trong bộ sản phẩm sơn thân thiện môi trường, đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn xuất khẩu. Sealer 2330 nâng cao tính đàn hồi dẻo dai cho khả năng chịu va đập, tính bám dính cao và không thấm nước tạo bề mặt ổn định cho sơn phủ ngoài trời. Sơn bóng mờ Sealer 2330 nâng cao tính năng  bền bỉ  và sản phẩm mờ tuyệt đối  cho gỗ và vẫn có độ trong sâu nhất định cho đồ gỗ nội thất cao cấp.Ngoài tính năng ưu việt của sản phẩm sơn bóng mờ cho gỗ, ứng dụng sơn bóng mờ lau cho gỗ tuyệt đối hoàn hảo.

I. ĐẶC TÍNH

• Màu sắc: sơn bóng mờ hoàn hảo cho gỗ nội thất cao cấp
• Hàm lượng rắn: 65 ± 7%.

II. HƯỚNG DẪN SỬ DỤNG

• Theo hướng dẫn của nhà sản xuất
• Độ phủ hỗn hợp: 6m2/ kg
• Độ nhớt (sau khi trộn): 1 – 2 phút (.

III. QUY TRÌNH TỔNG QUÁT

1. Xử lý bề mặt sản phẩm gỗ: trám trét, chà nhám cho bề mặt sản phẩm láng mịn
2. Sơn phủ nano Sealer 2330: Sơn từ 1 lớp đến 2 lớp  tùy theo yêu cầu của sản phẩm và khách hàng mong muốn đẹp hơn nữa

3. Sơn bóng mờ  Sealer 2330 dễ sử dụng. Phun đều 2 passes cho 1 lần sơn phủ.
4. Sản phẩm để khô: 12 giờ (tùy theo độ dày màng sơn và độ bóng của sơn) sau đó đóng gói.

IV. BẢO QUẢN

• Bảo quản trong nhà kho, thoáng mát và khô ráo (nhiệt độ 26 – 40C).
• Thùng phải được đậy kín trước và sau khi sử dụng.

• Có thể ngứa rát tạm thời nếu tiếp xúc trực tiếp hóa chất với mắt.
• Phải mang khẩu trang và kính bảo hộ khi sử dụng. Tránh để sơn bắn vào mắt, miệng

Chemical Nature :

- Aqueous anionic dispersion of copolymer of acrylic monomers. This product is APEO FREE and does not contain Formaldehyde

Storage :

- SAP-2330 has a shelf life of six months from delivery date, provided it is stored in a cool place and is protected from freezing. The air in the headspace of bulk storage tanks must be kept saturated with water vapor at all times.

Application:

- Acrylic polymer SAP-2330 has the high binding force with the inorganic pigments in Waterborne Paint. It has the excellent water proof property, surface hardness, and good adhesion property with the various substrates. Its main application field is exterior paint and gloss paint.
