SƠN LÓT SEALER 704 (MÀU TRONG CHO GỖ)

Sơn lót Nano Sealer 704 màu trong nằm trong bộ sản phẩm sơn thân thiện môi trường, đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn xuất khẩu, Sealer 704 bảo vệ lớp gỗ bên trong, nâng cao khả năng bám dính và trải phẳng của lớp sơn phủ. Đơn giản như xả nhám, tính đàn hồi, dẻo dai tăng khả năng chống nứt, chịu va đập.

I. ĐẶC TÍNH

• Màu sắc: Trong như màu sữa.
• Hàm lượng rắn: 63 ± 3%.
• Không nguy hại với con người và môi trường.
• Chịu nước tốt và dung môi tốt
• Độ bám dính tốt, độ phủ cao, dễ xả nhám.
• Tốt cho tất cả các loại gỗ và phát triển màu sắc phong phú theo yêu cầu.
• Sơn đạt tiêu chuẩn kiểm định đánh giá theo hệ thống tiêu chuẩn Châu Âu (REACH)

II. HƯỚNG DẪN SỬ DỤNG

• Theo hướng dẫn của nhà sản xuất
• Độ phủ hỗn hợp: 8m2/ kg
• Độ nhớt (sau khi trộn): 1 – 2 phút.

III. QUY TRÌNH TỔNG QUÁT

1. Xử lý bề mặt sản phẩm: trám trét, chà nhám cho bề mặt sản phẩm láng mịn.
2. Sơn lót bằng sơn lót trong hệ nước Sealer 704: Sơn lót 1 hoặc 2 lần tùy theo yêu cầu của sản phẩm.
3. Sơn lót sử dụng để phối màu với nhau.

4. Sơn phủ mặt bóng mờ 20%  bằng Topcoat Sealer 2330: Pha hỗn hợp sơn phủ, màu theo tỷ lệ hướng dẫn pha sơn. Phun đều 2 passes cho 1 lần sơn phủ.
5. Sản phẩm để khô: 12 giờ (tùy theo độ dày màng sơn và độ bóng của sơn) sau đó đóng gói.

IV. BẢO QUẢN

• Bảo quản trong nhà kho, thoáng mát và khô ráo (nhiệt độ 26 – 40C).
• Thùng phải được đậy kín trước và sau khi sử dụng.

• Tác hại về mặt lý hóa: Không có
• Tác hại liên quan đến sức khỏe con người : Không có
• Có thể ngứa rát tạm thời nếu tiếp xúc trực tiếp hóa chất với mắt.
• Phải mang khẩu trang và kính bảo hộ khi sử dụng. Tránh để sơn bắn vào mắt, miệng

1/  PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Description: Rapid Single Component - Water-base Modified Polysiloxane Gloss Top-coat

Uses Furniture, Flooring and Paneling made from timber.

Application Spray

Theoretical Coverage (m²/L) 10 – 16 (subject to substrate porosity). Coating System: 2 coats of Sanding Sealer SM 704 sanded, followed by 2 to 3 coats of Gloss/Satin White or Clear Gloss/Satin.

Application temperature 10 ^oC - 50 ^oC

Touch-dry Time (27 ^oC) 10 – 15 minutes

Hard-dry Time (at 27^oC) About 30 minutes

4/ GENERAL PROPERTIES

SM 704 Sanding Sealer is a water-based rapid single component Modified Polysiloxane Sanding Sealer formulated specially for application on timber substrate via spray application. This product is designed for self cross-linking to provide a rapid curing, hard and durable coating with excellent adhesion property, scrub, UV, stain, water, fungus and dirt pick-up resistances. This product being water-based, is non-flammable.

5/  SHELF LIFE

12 months from date of manufacture. The date refers to product held in its original closed packaging

6/ PRODUCT PREPARATION

Mixing Ratio SM 704 Sanding Sealer

7/ STORAGE

Keep containers in a cool ventilated environment, temperature between 5 ^oC to 40 ^oC. With partial use, close container tight and use the remainder as soon as possible.

FILM PROPERTIES

9/ COMMENT

Tests were performed on paint films applied at 100m wet film and allowed to cure at 27± 2^oC for 7 days. Relative Humidity was maintained at £80% during the period of film curing.
